IN THE BEGINNING...
My life changed 25 years ago. I was awoke at 7:30 am with the phone ringing and some guy saying “ This is Paul Revere, I saw you play last night and I want to have lunch and talk to you today at noon”. Well, noon for me felt like 6:00 am but I said YES! of course I’ll be there. Hoping this was not a joke or prank from someone, I went to the Edgewater Hotel in Seattle, Washington at noon that day to have lunch with Paul Revere. Life has never been the same since.

The last 25 years for me have been like living life in the fun lane on fast forward. We have had a lot of great times together. There have been some tough times too, but that’s life. You know, death, divorce, taxes, things we cannot change. But the band and the music were always there with me. I thank you guys, they are all very special, caring and talented people. But I have never seen anyone like Paul Revere, he is really the Grand Daddy of the 60’s rock movement. He is a special bandleader with the insight and patience of no one else I know. He also happens to be the funniest guy I know and I really mean that, man! I truly have the best job in the world and feel proud to play with Paul Revere & The Raiders. ( Now do I get that raise $? ..he-hee )

If you clicked on me that means I should talk a little more about me. I am basically shy, but it usually only takes a little joking to get me going.

I have two American Eskimo dogs. “ Pepper “, she’s 11 years old and “ Louie Louie “ he’s 12 years old and they are our “ kids ”. I have a soft spot for most any kind of dog and really love all animals. The unconditional love they have is a lesson to me every day. I am also active in the community to keep everyone aware of proper care of their dogs and to always use a leash, but don’t get me started on that one!

I am fortunate to live in a climate that is nice most of the year ‘round and have a mountain bike that I like to ride. I try to hike and walk whenever possible and have just joined a Gold’s Gym. I also like to look at houses as almost a hobby. I guess I have a strange passion for the architecture and workmanship of a good house. Strange I know.
When Ron isn't on the road with Paul Revere
and The Raiders, he can be found in his recording
studio, laying down tracks for new song ideas and
commercial projects.
I have been working on doing more in the meditation field with sound therapy and healing tapes. All good positive stuff. I enjoy writing my own music the most and I hope some day to have my own music on a CD.

Last, but not least, I am blessed to have just celebrated 10 years of marriage with my wife, Ronda. She is my Rock!

And of course, thanks to all who love good music and allow this 50 year old kid to play for you every night.

Sincerely,
